Estimates

Estimate requests submitted through this website initiate a conversation. No binding contract exists until both parties sign a written agreement. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are based on the information provided at the time of the site visit. Hidden conditions discovered during construction may require change orders.

Project contracts

All construction work is governed by a separate written contract that complies with California contractor law, including:

• CSLB-mandated disclosures and notice of cancellation rights
• Itemized scope of work, materials, and pricing
• Payment schedule compliant with California Business and Professions Code
• Permit responsibilities
• Warranty terms

Deposits and payments

California law limits deposits to the lesser of $1,000 or 10% of the contract price for projects over $500. We comply with this limit. Progress payments are tied to completed stages of work as described in the contract.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, logos, and design — is the property of Khan Construction Co. unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Khan Construction Co. is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website. Our liability for construction services is governed by the signed contract and applicable California law.

Governing law
