Five systems, chosen by what your structure and the Inland Empire climate actually call for — not by what we have most of in the yard.

Shingle
Architectural asphalt shingle. The cost-effective default for most pitched residential roofs, in a wide range of profiles and colors. Two to three days on a typical single-family tear-off and replace.
- R-02
Tile & Spanish
Clay, concrete and Spanish barrel tile. Heavy, extremely long-lived, and the right answer for a great many Inland Empire homes — provided the structure is rated to carry it, which we check first.

Flat & TPO
Low-slope systems for commercial buildings, additions and modern residential. Drainage design matters more than membrane brand: standing water kills a flat roof, not sun.
- R-04
Metal
Standing seam and metal panel. High reflectivity, very long service life, and genuinely useful for cooling load in a climate that runs above 100°F for weeks at a time.

Roof coatings
Elastomeric and reflective coatings that extend the life of a serviceable roof. An honest option when the deck is sound — and one we will tell you not to bother with when it is not.
